The Best Strawberry Smoothie Recipe


There is no easier way to give yourself a quick nutrition boost than with a good smoothie and smoothies are one of the easiest snacks to customize to your taste. Our recipe is for a delicious strawberry smoothie but think of it as an outline where you can add whatever details you want.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chopped avocado (frozen works well for this recipe)

1/4 cup coconut Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/4 cup milk


Just put everything in a blender and blend to desired consistency. I like to put the ingredients together in the evening and leave them in the fridge overnight to thaw and make a smoothie to go in the morning.
